At NoBlindBuys, we carefully prepare and package each order to ensure your fragrances arrive safely.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time includes order verification, decanting (when applicable), quality checks, and packaging.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and begin once your order has been shipped. While we ship orders promptly, NoBlindBuys does not control carrier transit times and cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. NoBlindBuys is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, NoBlindBuys is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. We recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timelines for international shipments vary by destination and customs processing.
