Return & Refund Policy

At NoBlindBuys, we take pride in offering authentic fragrances and professionally prepared decants. Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are subject to the following return and refund policy.

Final Sale Items

All fragrance decants, samples, and opened fragrances are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once shipped. This includes any item that has been sprayed, tested, or opened.

Full-Size Bottles

Full-size bottles may be eligible for return only if:

-The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

-The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

-The item is returned in the same condition it was received

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

-Your order number

-Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, NoBlindBuys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Authenticity Guarantee

All fragrances sold by NoBlindBuys are 100% authentic. Due to personal preference and body chemistry differences, scent dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a return or refund.

Free Samples Offer*

We include complimentary fragrance samples with every order while supplies last. Sample selection and quantity are at our discretion based on availability. Free samples are not guaranteed and may be limited during high-volume periods.
